Congratulations to Don Henry as the Recipient of the Health Safety & Environmental Superior Achievement Award during the second Quarter of 2025. Donny demonstrated exceptional attention to safety in the Service area while equipment was being serviced. Although all Manufacturer and Superior safety protocols were being followed, Donny went above and beyond by identifying an additional hazard — a low-hanging piece of equipment that posed a potential risk to team members.
To proactively mitigate the risk, Donny implemented an extra safety step and installed a soft bumper to protect anyone who might inadvertently encounter the hazard while entering or exiting the work zone.

Visited one of our great customers today in McKean County PA. Don was generous enough to give us a peak at how the trackout mats were performing= “We’ve hauled about 200,000 tons of material across these mats with both tri-axle trucks and large ADT’s. Still going strong!!!”
A simple mat cleaning has resulted in reducing scale cleaning from once per day to once per month, and the street sweeper is nearly an obsolete need.

Shoutout to our Field Services Crew — Adam, Rob, and Jerzy!All three were recently recognized as recipients of the Superior Health Safety and Environmental Award.
While performing asset service at a job site, our team observed that another crew—belonging to a non-SER company—had identified a leak from a fitting but lacked the resources or capability to contain it. Adam, Rob, and Jerzy jumped into action, using their training and spill kits to quickly contain the situation and minimize environmental impact.
